Our attorneys have served as lead counsel or co-counsel in numerous IP cases. We have represented clients in major patent, trademark and copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation cases. We use a detail-oriented approach from the initial assessment through obtaining a favorable settlements or rulings for our clients. With respect to patent litigation, we have handled all aspects of patent disputes – from initial pre-suit negotiations to discovery to IPRs to conducting Markman claim construction hearings to trying cases to decision and representing clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Additionally, as we understand the cost and time concerns associated with litigation, we communicate with clients about alternative resolutions that still enable them to accomplish their objectives. We have the ability to scale our litigation team through co-counseling arrangements to meet the needs of any situation, and our experience in federal and state courts across the country ensures we can handle most IP litigation matters for our clients.
