Mr. Dodd has practiced patent prosecution since 1995. He is actively involved in the planning and execution of intellectual property strategies for start-up and emerging growth companies. His practice has been directed to chemistry, biochemistry, mechanics, and physics. For instance, Mr. Dodd has considerable experience in the fields of polymer chemistry, electrochemistry, assay technologies, medical devices, optical communications, and lasers. Additionally, he has experience with arts that combine the above fields with electrical applications such as integrated circuit fabrication, telecommunications, and computer software.
Mr. Dodd was formerly an attorney with the law firms of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (Now DLA Piper).
