During his career he has prepared and prosecuted numerous U.S. and international patents in many technical areas including telecommunications, radio frequency circuits, fixed and mobile wireless communications, data communications, computer systems and software, Internet systems and software, semiconductors, analog and digital circuits, optical communications, smart cards, video communications, multimedia systems, wireless internet systems, business methods, automotive devices, biomedical devices, artificial intelligence, and mechanical devices. Mr. Gavrilovich’s skills also include legal opinions, patent litigation support, patent portfolio management, litigation funding counseling, and other intellectual property strategic counseling. He was previously an attorney with Gray Cary Ware and Freidenrich, LLP (Now DLA Piper), San Diego’s largest law firm. .
